5. Course Fee Structure — Complete Breakdown

IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully before making any payment. The total published fee for all Rishikul Yogshala programs comprises two distinct and independent components, together constituting 100% of the total program fee.

Rishikul Yogshala's published program fees are structured as two independent but complementary components as follows:

Component Percentage Payable To When to Pay GST Treatment
Enrollment Consultation Fee 20% of Total Fee Proponent Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Before departure from home country — online payment Indian students: 18% GST charged additionally. International students: Zero-rated (export of service under IGST Act, 2017)
Course Fee (Balance) 80% of Total Fee Rishikul Yogshala On arrival in India — within 2 days of arrival As per applicable Indian tax law on educational services
Total Program Fee 100%

5.1 Component 1 — Enrollment Consultation & Facilitation Fee (20% of Total Fee)

This component is collected independently by Proponent Technologies Pvt. Ltd., an authorized enrollment consultation partner. This fee covers the full suite of pre-enrollment consultation services delivered directly to the student by Proponent Technologies Pvt. Ltd., including:

  • Personalised course needs assessment and program matching
  • Recommendation of the most suitable YTTC level (100/200/300/500 hour) based on your experience and goals
  • Pre-arrival orientation, preparation guidance, and travel information
  • Communication facilitation between the student and Rishikul Yogshala
  • Enrollment confirmation and documentation support
  • Post-booking follow-up support until arrival in India

This fee is payable prior to departure from your home country and is non-refundable as the consultation service is considered fully rendered upon issuance of your enrollment confirmation letter. Proponent Technologies Pvt. Ltd. operates as an independent entity and issues its own invoice for this component.

5.2 GST Treatment on Consultation Fee

For Indian Students:
The enrollment consultation fee is subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18% under SAC Code 998313 (Enrollment Consultation Services). GST is charged additionally over and above the consultation fee amount and is reflected separately on the GST-compliant invoice issued by Proponent Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Students who are GST-registered entities may claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) on this component subject to applicable conditions.

For International Students:
The enrollment consultation fee qualifies as an export of service under Section 2(6) of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST) Act, 2017, subject to the following conditions being satisfied: the service provider (Proponent Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) is located in India; the recipient is located outside India at the time of payment; the place of supply is outside India; and payment is received in convertible foreign exchange via proper banking channels. As a zero-rated supply, no GST is charged on this component. A zero-rated invoice is issued in foreign currency with reference to the applicable Letter of Undertaking (LUT) filed by Proponent Technologies Pvt. Ltd. with the GST authorities. Payment must be made via bank transfer in foreign currency (USD/EUR or other convertible currency) for the zero-rating to apply.

5.3 Component 2 — Course Fee Balance (80% of Total Fee)

This component is payable directly to Rishikul Yogshala upon your arrival in India and must be settled within two (2) calendar days of arrival. Failure to complete the balance payment within this period may result in cancellation of enrollment. This component covers all tuition, accommodation, meals, study materials, props, and certification as per your selected program.
