Annual Yoga Refresh Program — Continuing Education in Rishikesh 50-Hour, 15-Day Program

Annual Yoga Refresh in Rishikesh | Continuing Education Program in Rishikesh

Yoga Alliance Certified 50-Hour Course

One of the most essential qualities of a yoga teacher is to remain a lifelong student, always evolving, deepening the practice, and expanding the understanding of yoga beyond asana.

After completing their yoga teacher trainings, many practitioners find themselves longing for something more: a way to keep learning, be inspired, stay connected with authentic teachers, and return to the roots of the yogic tradition.

The Annual Yoga Refresh Program is an advanced program in Rishikesh designed for experienced teachers and practitioners either 500-hour certified, or with a 200-hour certification and a minimum of 3 years of teaching practice who wish to reconnect with their practice and refine their teaching skills. It offers a space for learning, reflection, and inner growth. A chance to revisit what you've already learned, rediscover your voice as a teacher, and immerse yourself once again in the essence of yoga.

Unlike other courses, this program moves at a slower, more mindful pace. We want to give you time to really absorb what you learn, rest, enjoy the silence, and turn inward feeling and breathing in the beauty of Rishikesh, right at the foot of the Himalayas.

Set in the spiritual heart of India this 15-day yoga program in Rishikesh invites you to breathe, feel, and simply be. No rush. No exams.

Patricia and Alba co-organizers of Annual Yoga Refresh Program
Who are the co-organizers of this program? PATRICIA & ALBA

We're Patricia and Alba, two Spanish women who met in 2023 at Rishikul Yogshala while completing our 300-hour training. From that moment, a friendship and a shared love for yoga began to grow.

Patricia, a Tourism graduate and yoga teacher, and Alba, a graduate in Advertising and Public Relations and a committed yoga practitioner, have continued to deepen our connection to yoga in different yet complementary ways.

After finishing this course, we asked ourselves: how can we make sure the connection with India that we've created doesn't fade away? That's why we decided to co-create this course filling a gap we had discovered existed. Together, and with the guidance of our teachers, we decided to co-create and organize this unique annual program in Rishikesh.

And what better place to do it than at Rishikul Yogshala, a respected, high-quality school with a deep commitment to authentic yogic education.
