The 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh (300 hr YTTC) is an advanced, intensive program designed for dedicated yoga practitioners and certified 200 hour yoga teachers who already hold a RYT 200 certificate from a Registered Yoga School (RYS 200). This course is ideal for students who want to deepen their personal practice and develop stronger teaching skills.
During this 27-day advanced program, you will explore higher-level yoga practices and teaching techniques. The training supports your growth physically, mentally, and spiritually, whether your goal is to teach yoga around the world or to enhance your own practice.
Our 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is certified by Yoga Alliance USA. After completing the training, you will receive a 300-hour certificate, which allows you to apply for RYT 500 registration with Yoga Alliance. This certification is meant for yoga teachers who wish to share advanced yogic knowledge and support positive change in people’s lives.
The training includes advanced study and practice of asanas, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology, and yoga therapy. All subjects are taught in a clear and practical way to help you gain confidence as a teacher.

The nearest domestic airport is Jolly Grant Airport (approximately 35 km away), and the other International Airport is Indira Gandhi International Airport (250 km from Rishikesh). At both these airports, there is easy access to taxis and buses. If required, you can also contact the school directly for pickup.
You can travel to Rishikesh directly by train: The city has its railway station called Yog Nagari Rishikesh (Code: YNRK). You can book your ticket directly from “IRCTC”. Upon arriving at the Rishikesh railway station, you can also book a taxi to the school. However, if you don’t find a suitable train to Rishikesh, you can take a train to Haridwar, which is just about an hour away. From Haridwar, cabs to Rishikesh are easily available.
Rishikesh has great road connectivity to all the Indian cities. Both private and government buses and Cabs are also available from different cities.
One of best place to learn YTT course in Rishikesh. The 300hrs Course was perfect for beginners like me. The yoga training hall is well ventilated and have good sunlight. The shared room was very comfortable and clean. Food was really good and healthy satvik. I need to thank each and every one from teacher, management staff, cook and cleaning staff made my 1month long very comfortable and made me to focus on my course.
I did my three hundred hours training course in Rishikul Yogshala, and I must admit it was one of the most memorable experiences I've ever had. The teachers are amazing. I would travel all the way back to India just to have another class with Bipinji!! Within so many options and schools and Ashrams in Rishikesh, I would choose to go back there everytime!
